Perfect Key Locksmith provides professional locksmith services including but not limited to:

Emergency lockout services (residential, commercial, automotive)
Lock installation, repair, and replacement
Key cutting and duplication
Lock rekeying
Car key replacement and programming
Security system consultations

2. Service Area

We provide services throughout the Niagara Region, including Welland, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln, Pelham, and Niagara-on-the-Lake.

3. Pricing and Payment

Transparent Pricing

No Hidden Fees: We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. The quoted price includes labor, parts, and service fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers
For commercial accounts, payment terms may be arranged in advance

Service Call Fee

A service call fee may apply for all appointments. This fee covers the cost of dispatching a technician to your location and is typically waived if service is performed.

4. Warranty

Our Guarantee: We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty on all labor and manufacturer warranties on all parts installed.

Labor warranty: 90 days from date of service
Parts warranty: As per manufacturer specifications
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or acts of nature

5. Identification Requirements

For your security: We require proof of ownership or authorization before providing lockout services or changing locks. Acceptable forms include:

Government-issued photo ID matching the service address
Vehicle registration (for automotive services)
Lease agreement or property deed
Authorization letter from property owner

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if more than 1 hour before scheduled appointment
Service call fee may apply for cancellations with less than 1 hour notice
Emergency services are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched

7. Liability

Perfect Key Locksmith is fully licensed and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our customers and our business. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles
We are not responsible for items inside vehicles or properties during service
Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered

8. Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency services are subject to:

Availability of technicians in your area
Weather and road conditions
Emergency pricing may differ from standard rates

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

Not use the site for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
Not reproduce or distribute our content without permission

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing other remedies.
